Shipping costs
- UK orders over £35.00 – FREE
- UK orders under £35.00 from £1.75 (depending on weight) Generally Flatpots are £1.75 – £2.20 and Powder tubs are £3.50 – £4.40 – shipping is automatically calculated by the shopping cart at checkout, according to the weight of the order.
- Europe, and rest of world (excluding USA and Canada) – shipping is automatically calculated by the shopping cart at checkout, according to the total weight of the order.
- Due to new EU vat rules from 1/7/21 we can only ship to UK addresses at this time.
Unfortunately, at the present time, we are unable to ship orders to USA and Canada.
Orders are shipped either by Royal Mail 2nd class or Tracked 48 (at our discretion).
We aim to despatch your order within 1-2 business working days.
Transit time is usually 2-3 days but may be longer to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, North of Scotland and Islands and Channel Islands.
