It is important to look after our eyes especially these days with many spending hours looking at computer or phone screens. Eye health is crucial for overall well-being and quality of life.
As part of a healthy diet consume foods rich in vitamins A, C, and E, as well as omega-3 fatty acids. Leafy greens, carrots, and fish are excellent choices.
Also drink plenty of water to keep your body, including your eyes, well-hydrated.
Reduce screen time if possible.
