Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You have a 7day ‘cooling off’ period, from the day after receiving the product, to inform us, by email(support@tymalifesupplements.co.uk) or via our contact form, you no longer require the product. In this instance it is the the customers responsibility to return the product within 30 days from the purchase date, for a full refund. In this instance you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If an item is faulty or damaged on receipt please advise us by email(support@tymalifesupplements.co.uk) or via our contact form within 7days for a full refund or a replacement(exchange).

Confirmation of items returned, refunds and exchanges will be dealt with asap but no more than 30 days.

If approved Refunds will be repaid to the original payment method.
